Refund & Return Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction with our products. However, due to the nature of international shipping from our location in Huizhou, Guangdong, China, we have the following clear refund and return guidelines.

1. Shipping Responsibility All orders are shipped from China. We cover the outbound shipping cost to you (included in the product price or shown as free shipping where applicable).

2. Returns & Refunds – General Policy

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or non-quality-related reasons under normal circumstances.
  • Returns are only accepted in cases of verified quality issues or manufacturing defects (e.g., the smart cue does not function as described, hardware failure within normal use).

3. No-Reason / Change-of-Mind Returns (Voluntary Returns) If you still wish to return an item for reasons not related to quality or defect (e.g., you no longer want the product), we offer an optional no-reason return service under these strict conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and protective films intact.
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the package to request approval.
  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs to our warehouse in China (international return freight is usually expensive — please consider this carefully before purchasing).
  • A 25% restocking & handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover inspection, repackaging, potential loss of value, and administrative costs.
  • The remaining amount (original product price minus 25%) will be refunded to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.

4. Quality Issue / Defective Product If your product arrives damaged, defective, or malfunctions due to manufacturing fault:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos/videos showing the issue + your order number.
  • We will evaluate the case (usually within 24–48 hours).
  • If approved:
    • We may offer a full refund (including original shipping fee in some cases), or
    • Send a replacement (we cover outbound shipping for the replacement unit).
  • Return shipping back to China is usually required for verification (we may provide partial compensation in high-value cases).

5. Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance:

  • Items that have been used, modified, damaged by the customer, or are missing parts/accessories.
  • Personalized or custom-made products (if applicable).
  • Hygiene-related accessories or consumables.

6. Important Notes

  • International returns to China can be costly and time-consuming (customs, long transit, high freight). We strongly recommend confirming sizing, compatibility, and interest before placing your order.
  • All refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval and receipt/inspection of returned goods (if applicable).
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
