1. How soon will my order be shipped?
We process and ship all orders within 24 hours after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping notification once your order is on its way.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

3. How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is 5-8 days after your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing.

4. Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from China.

5. Do I need to pay any extra taxes or customs duties?
No. The price you see at checkout is the final price. We cover all customs duties and import taxes for our customers. You won’t receive any unexpected bills from customs.

6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a tracking number and tracking link to the email address you provided during checkout. You can use this information to track your package directly on the carrier’s website or your order platform.

7. How long does the battery last?

A full charge can last for 2 hours.

8. What TVs is it compatible with?

Any TV with an HDMI port works, but the phone needs to support DP Alt Mode.  it also works with TVs that support wireless screen casting, though there will be some lag.

9. Does it support multiplayer?

You can play against a robot or with your friends, but there is no online multiplayer.
